VEAL BREAKDOWN CLASS
Uplands Dairy (Dodgeville, WI) raised us our very own veal this year, and you will have the amazing opportunity to butcher them. Jonny Hunter will walk you through breakdown, and also discuss the veal industry at length. The farmer will also be present at the class. The class is held in our Underground Meats processing facility, so you'll get to check that out as well.
Each participant gets to take home 25-30lbs of veal meat butchered at the class.
The class is limited to just 6 participants.
